Several: Bupropion, duloxetine, milnacipran, vilazodone, venlafaxine are all associated with no weight gain. They each have their own side effects, however.

Mood stabilizers : Yes there are meds that don't cause much weight changes.Your psychiatrist can also combine meds in a ratio that weight gain does not become an issue.While all said diet and regular excercise is still important to consider while on these sort of meds.
