Please let your: doctor know. Sometimes antidepressants can trigger mania or hypomania. The lamictal may or may not be able to prevent that. The lamictal dose can be increased if your doctor decides to do that. When one mood stabilizer is not sufficient - often a second mood stabilizer is added.
