See a dentist: All except for the purple tongue are probably due to clenching/grinding. These cause compression of the jaw joints, which are right in front of the ears and can result in ear problems. The popping is due the joints being damaged. Jawline "swelling" may be enlarged jaw muscles. See a dentist asap for treatment and to get your tongue checked--that could be a serious problem.

It would help: If your age was mentioned. If you are between age 17-21, it is possible that you're suffering from third molar impaction. If you are much older, it can possibly be coming from a periodontal infection. You need a panoramic x-ray so your dentist would be able to evaluate not just your teeth but the jaws as well. See a dentist and i hope you get better soon!
