I have two small red dots (behind my lower canine and upper canine) and my tongue is strawberry red that is sore near the front-side. it hurts occasionally. also, my papillae have been popping out on top and beneath my tongue?

Allergy?: Could be a response to a new food or medication. If it persists, I recommend a dental visit to determine the source. Good luck.

Red: You describe 2 signs (red dots/red tongue) that may or may not be related. You will need an examination to begin the diagnostic process. May be geographic tongue, trauma, burn, allergic response, and so many other things. Please see your Dentist to begin the diagnostic process.
