Examination: Schedule an appointment with a family physician and have it evaluated. It's almost impossible to adequately examine your own pharynx. I'm sure they will examine your ears, too. This is the only way to come up with a good diagnosis.

Dentist & ENT: You may want to start with your dentist and have a panorex x-ray to rule out a infected wisdom tooth. If that is the case it may need to be extracted. If this is not the case they may refer you to an ent. Hopefully you will find your solution with your dentists recommendations.

ENT or dentist : It could be a wisdom tooth infected but as well it could be tonsillitis , see your dentist first , if he can't find anything then visit an ENT to get a more in depth check up of your throat and tonsils.
