Main salivary gland under tongue is swollen. neck under the right side of my jawline is swollen a lil also. neck swelling goes up & down. any ideas?

Salivary Gland stone: You may have either an infection of the salivary gland on the right side (submandibular gland) or may be a stone blocking the duct of the gland. It probably swells when you eat and then goes down as the saliva passes the obstruction. See an ENT physician to check your salivary glands.

Drink a lot of water and apply warm compresses fro a few days as well. Stick to a bland diet
