The lab my Dr office uses is Quest Diagnostic. Their WBC normal range is 3.8 to 10.8. My WBC was 4.5. It seems that other labs consider below 4.0 or 4.5 low. Why do other labs use different standards for low WBC then Quest? Which is correct? Thanks.
