I have these skin colored spots on the back of my throat not on tonsils nor on the uvila but the very back like on what i believe is called the pharynx or whatever and i also i have a blood red spot on it to plz tell me this isnt cancer!?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. At your age cancer is highly unlikely. What you saw could be normal collections of lymphoid tissue. If you have any symptoms it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
