Hard nickel sized lump under left ear. 2 months. Getting harder and harder. ENT got CT scan done. Said no abnormalities/no swollen lymph nodes. If I lift my head or open jaw wide it sometimes get "stuck" and squishes out from under jaw. Scary.

Dr said I have mono. Lymph nodes swollen on underside od jaw and just noticed one on the left side above collar bone. Is this normal?
