Lipo 4 Stretch Marks: As a rule, liposuction does not help stretch marks. Liposuction removes fat from between the skin and the superficial muscle. Stretch marks are tears in the deep dermis within the skin. The only stretch marks i truly remove are the ones low on the abdomen when I do a tummy tuck.

No: Stretch marks mean that the elasticity of you deep skin is torn and what you see on the skin as stretch marks are those tears. Liposuction will only make them worse by removing the fat, stretch marks will look worse and make your skin look like dried prune. Vaser is just to remove fat and tighten a good toned skin.

Damaged skin/VASER: If your skin is truly damaged as you describe, no amount of vaser or laser liposuction will help improve your skin quality. See your local plastic surgeon to see if any other options are available for you to consider.

Maybe.....: It is possible that you may also need your skin tightened. Usually females that are interested in abdominal liposuction end up needing a tummy tuck to tighten the skin and or loose muscles.

No.: Your description of skin qualities/elasticity is not very encouraging when it comes to determining whether or not you are a good candidate for liposuction surgery. Generally speaking, the “ideal” candidate for liposuction surgery is a healthy person with localized diet and exercise resistant adipose tissue with good quality overlying skin elasticity.

Skin fixed with lipo: Textural changes like stretch marks and extra skin don't respond well to any kind of liposuction. Whisper laser and other surface treatments can make the surface look better. Lipo removes fat collections under the skin. Laser combined with lipo still won't make the changes you want.

Only: Resection of skin will help not lipo of any sort.

Depends: Liposuction will not substantially tighten loose or sagging skin. If the areas of concern are where the tone is adequate, lipo might work. Fractional laser resurfacing might help to reduce the appearance of some stretch marks. Evaluation by a qualified plastic surgeon would be your best bet.
