Not on lite skin : I am not convinced that it works on light skin. Try dieting and exercise because they recommend this as part of the zerona regimen and that is likely the most effective part of the treatment.

Uncertain: Zerona is supposed to reduce fat through a low level laser. I don't offer it in my practice. The worth it rating in realself.Com is 42% with mixed reviews.

Dont think it works: I am sorry to say i dont think zerona or any of the non invasive lipo lasers work . I dont think the skin colors matters.
