My wife, 27 has some white secretion comes out of eyes, very itchy.starts in the interior part of the upper eye lid, after a while settles, sinus op 2 years ago.happens less when she wears glasses.

Meibomian galnds: This is strange to have them without glasses and not have them with glasses on. The eye lid margin has a row of oil glands behind the eye lashes, these may just be congested. If problematic see an ophthalmologist.
