Maybe: Have you had a thorough exam of your mouth, pharynx, sinues and teeth? Persistent halitosis (bad breath) can originate from all of these areas. Go to the doctor and ask to have this specifically addressed, be sure to see your dentist, too. It's not normal for halitosis to continue for years-and should be investitgated-for your health and your social life! good luck.

Yes and...: Chronic sinusitis can cause bad breath, and treating the origin can be helpful. Orally, brushing, flossing, scraping and brushing the tongue ( a common cause of bad breath) can be of help. Certain gasro-intestinal disorders can be a source as well. Check with dentist and md. Good luck!

Possible: Have the health of your gums checked also since the major cause of halitosis is gingivitis.
