Yes you can!: Even though you don't have itchy eyes or congestion, try an antihistamine and see if it helps. If it does not, you could well have a sinus infection. Or you could have pain in your forehead and around eyes & cheeks, from other causes , including eye strain, dental problems, & more! So if that antihistamine and/or Tylenol or Advil as directed on box only, don't help or the problem returns, see MD!
