I have started getting a rash on my elbows and it has begun under my eyes as well. its been about a week. its quite itchy on my elbows . im not allergic to anything, but i do suffer from sinus. id like to know what might be causing this?

Allergy to any of a variety of substances can create rashes. Little blisters can be viral, bacterial, or contact dermatitis. Itchy elbow rashes in young adults can be eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis like poison oak, etc...
