Depends on anesthesi: If you are getting it done with local anesthesia then you can drive home if you want. If its being done with IV sedation or general anesthesia then someone else should accompany you and drive you home.

Possibly: If you only have local anesthesia, then that is a possibility. As long as the surgery is without complications and your faculties are not altered, you should be fine. Discuss this ahead of time with your oral surgeon.
