What could be the reason for my frequent memory loss? could i have alzheimer?

Unlikely: If you're having memory issues at age 30, Alzheimer's disease would be very unlikely in the absence of familial early onset ad. Look for other explanations such as little sleep, distractions/stress, medications such as benzodiazepines, depression, etc.

Not clear: You need neurological examination to decide if you are developing alzheimer's disease.
