Is there such a thing as having alzheimer's or dementia at twenties? if not, what could be other reasons for memory loss during your twenties?

Concussions: Dementia can occur at any age as a result of concussions, traumatic brain injury, substance abuse (such as marijuana), and more. Best to see a neurologist and neuropsychologist for evaluation.

Unlikely dementia: There are many causes of memory problems in one's twenties from not enough sleep, substance use or abuse, lupus and autoimmune diseases, endocrine diseases etc. I would recommend seeing your primary care provider.
