A snapshot: Strokes can cause dementia, so you might need an antiplatelet drug for prevention, but could try galantamine (galantamine hydrobromide) or donepezil to help memory here. If thyroid is low, supplement, if b-12 is low take injections of b-12. If frontotemporal dementia, may respond to ssri antidepressants.
