I went vegan abut 6 months ago. my period now comes every 6 weeks now. i'm getting enough but is this about b12. should i get shots? i take tablets

Be careful: The vegan lifestyle has the moral high ground but is very dangerous unless you know exactly what you are doing. In addition to the potentially devastating B12 deficiency, you may have trouble getting enough iron, protein, calcium and several other nutrients. Oral supplements are sufficient, but you'll need some advice from your personal physician who's acquainted with your needs. Best wishes.
