Depends: If the injury to the knee capsule (bakers cyst) causes a feeling of instability, therapy should begin with range of motion and stability exercise. If you are experiencing pain, water therapy, heat , ultrasound or laser therapy should help. Good luck with your rehabilitation. Don't try running or impact work outs until your knee has control and strength.
