Infraspinatus is one: Of the rotator cuff muscles in the shoulder. Treatment may include rest from the activity causing the injury for a period of time, physical therapy & exercises to strengthen the muscles, anti-inflammatory medicines to decrease inflammation, and possibly ultrasound & deep tissue massage to break op scar tissue. Talk to your doctor about seeing a pt & treatment specifics.

Tendonitis shoulder: Restrict motions or positions which produce discomfort. Make consistent use of an NSAID for 2 weeks, work with a physiotherapist to isometric ally tone the muscles around the shoulder. If not improving ask for an eval wth a shoulder specialist.
