Not recommended: Stick to major brands of toothpaste that have already been engineered to give you the best results, safely. Home concoctions may be too abraisive, and frankly will have no affect on the whitening. If you want whiter teeth, please see your dentist to discuss your candidacy and options.

?: I have not heard of this. Why not use an over the counter proven teeth whitening product that you know won't hurt your teeth. Better yet, most dentist give away whitening when you get your teeth cleaned as a new patient. The whitening products always work better when you have just had your teeth cleaned!

NO!: The jury is still out on the clinical efficacy of remineralizing medicaments, but the admixture you have asked about will have absolutely no positive effect, and chronic use of abrasives may be harmful. Save your money and use products known to be helpful.
