NO: Coconut oil does not reverse tooth decay. And if you see black, the cavity is well advanced. You can't reverse tooth decay by any means currently available. The infection (decay) has to be physically removed from the tooth and a restoration placed. Please go see your Dentist now, you idon'thave a viable alternative.
