If you brushed 2 full minutes by the clock w soft t'brush and pea-sized portion of fluoridated t'paste you removed 2/3 of the bacteria on your teeth. If you did not floss or WaterPik, you left the remaining 1/3 of bacteria behind. "Oil Pulling" requires 20 minutes of swishing, but literature does not support effectiveness. Forget the oil, floss your teeth.
