2 years agoa day after right mastectomy i felt non pitting edema 3-4 inches below the surgery incision. it is progressive and all over the body. why?

Need clarification: Not sure if your mastectomy 2 years ago was followed by edema a day after surgery and has progressed now 2 years later to all over your body? Is this correct? The 2 may not be related, but requires a visual examination and history to see what it is all about.
