Had acl surgery 4 weeks ago. today i have pitting edema in shin. no other symptoms. result of surgery or should i be concerned about dvt?

Yes: Most of the time the edema should be gone by 4 weeks. It's a good idea to get checked for a DVT at this point. The appearance of the edema does not mean you have the DVT for sure, but it should be ruled out.
