My right tonsil is swollen for two months and also there us redness at back of throat. i went to ent and he told me its pharyngitis and prescribed me antibiotics. but the swelling hasn't reduced. i have no other symptoms. what should i do?

Follow up with same ENT doc or group as their view in your case is best, cultures may be needed, they can compare aspect now with aspect 2 months ago.
