Call/Be seen: Don't know the age or size of your children or their history but if there is shortness of breath with minimal activity and on a very good dose of oral prendisone, if on adequate doses of albuterol mdi or updraft, i would call your doctor or doctor on call & discuss this with them. If you are concerned, go to the nearest urgent care center or er. Asthma is a serious disease & should be taken so.
