A member asked:

Can my migraine be linked to a cervical cyst that i have?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say,: Migraine is common, and affects one in every 5-8 people, but that being said, any condition aggravating pain in the region of the head or neck can provoke more headache. There are different types of cervical cysts, but in the spinal cord (syringomyelia) can sometimes cause neurologic symptoms. Headache would be uncommon. Surgery is rarely needed if leg, arm bowel or bladder symptoms worsen.
