Pineal cysts: Pineal cysts are incidental findings and have a benign natural history. Natural history studies show that these cysts do not grow. An aneurysm is an outpouching on the wall of an arterial wall. An MRI and MRA of the brain is a good screening test to exclude an aneurysm. Tension migraines often arise from tense neck muscles that insert on the back of the head. See a neurosurgeon.
