Drug toxicity: Relating to your question, Acetaminophen toxicity is usually cumulative, Ibuprofen and related non-steroidal agents (like aleve/naprosyn) can cause irritation of the lining of the stomach(gastritis) even in small doses, especially if taken on an empty stomach. Please minimize use of all over the counter medications for your safety.
