Safe amount of acetaminophen a day if i take a trileptal 1200 mg/day a know inducer of cyp (increased toxic acetaminophen metabolite)?

After research: Checked in epocrates which is a respected source of drug information showed nothing in the way of interaction between acetaminophen and trileptal. before taking any action check with your doctor and or pharmacist. Good luck

Tylenol (acetaminophen) dosage: in general for most patients the maximum daily dose should be 3000 mg daily of Acetominophen but if you are taking a medication which can affect the metabolism of it you might want to limit the dose of Acetominophen to 2000 or 2500 mg a daily. Also I would avoid alcohol usage when taking Trileptal and Acetominophen
