Tylenol (acetaminophen) dosage: in general for most patients the maximum daily dose should be 3000 mg daily of Acetominophen but if you are taking a medication which can affect the metabolism of it you might want to limit the dose of Acetominophen to 2000 or 2500 mg a daily. Also I would avoid alcohol usage when taking Trileptal and Acetominophen
