i take 900mg of lithium. just had gallbladder out yesterday, doc gave me norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and 600 ibprofrin so 4x a day 1800mg ibprofrin make lithium toxic??

No worries: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and ibuprofen should not react with lithium. Take the pain medication only if you need it! If you can tolerate mild discomfort after the operation there is no need to even bother with pain medication. Otherwise, don`t worry about an interaction :)
