Stress effects: Stress is individual, in that what stresses one person severely may not be as intense for another. Still, stress can lead to headaches, high blood pressure, upset stomach, chest pain, insomnia, and irritability. It can play a part in health conditions such as asthma, diabetes, skin rashes, peptic ulcer, ibs, depression, arthritis, and anxiety disorders. These are only a few results.

Stress: Stress, if not accompanied by a postive lifestle, including exercise, proper nutrition and proper sleep, can be extremely depleting as stress hormones can take a very negative effect on the body and mind if not accompanied by self care that offsets the effects of stress. Best.
