If i have a change in stool, is it possible i can have bowel cancer?

Maybe: While anything is possible, colon cancer is uncommon at your age. Most bowel changes are due to eating habits. But if you do have bowel changes, the only way to be sure is have an examination with your doctor. Sometimes further testing such as with x-ray or colonoscopy is also indicated.

Depends: Sometimes people will present with a change in the caliber of the stool (ie the stool becomes pencil thin), blood mixed in the stool, or sometimes nothing at all. Make sure you talk with your physician if you are concerned. She/he will be able to tell from your symptomatology whether further tests are necessary.

Depends: If you are asking about change in frequency or something else. Change in diameter (thickness) can suggest obstruction and a through evaluation is typically recommended.
