See answer: How long ago was d&c? How severe is the anemia? Are you on any medications? Running a fever? Are you drinking enough fluids? If you have a fever you should be seen asap. Otherwise please ask your doc. The body has a remarkable ability to make more red blood cells but it does take several weeks to occur- assuming you're not bleeding, & getting enough water, iron & other nutrients.

Anemia: You are anemic, another name for a low blood count. The blood you lost with the miscarriage may be more than you thought. That you feel weak sounds normal. That your pulse is 112 BPM is higher than normal. Follow your doctor's instructions and look for warning signs that you need to be seen again. To help yourself, push fluids such as gatorade.
