Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your shaking heart suggests a disturbance of rhythm. You need to see a hematologist to ascertain the cause of your blood count abnormality. In the meantime take oral iron and multivitamins. Wish you good health!
