Doc isnt worried about my heart, but i worry. normal ekg, perfect blood work, pulse low 60s sometimes high 50s, bp 130/80. should i be freaking out?

Worrying about heart all the time. Two EKGS, blood work and urine all normal this year. PCP & ER docs think anxiety. Can you have sensations without being anxious? Can electrolytes be off even if test say within range? I feel like something is off.
