Freaking out: Your results are normal, but if you keep worrying you are liable to have a heart attack ( spoken with tongue in cheek)

Went to doc for heart attack systems 2weeks ago ekg and blood work good but still have the systems and I'm worried it could be my heart can it. Help?
Worrying about heart all the time. Two EKGS, blood work and urine all normal this year. PCP & ER docs think anxiety. Can you have sensations without being anxious? Can electrolytes be off even if test say within range? I feel like something is off.
Went to Heart doc and seen an intern. Did a ekg. My vitals were great 122 over 78 and 76 pulse. He said on the ekg showed little enlarged right side heart but not worried about it. What does that even mean? I did gain 25 pounds not sure thats y?
