Skin dryness: First of all, you can check the skin under the breasts. Skin can get irritated by wired bra or tight under-ware. If it is the case, you can treat the dry skin first with aquaphor or Hydrocortisone 1 %. Others wise, it can be a normal aging process. You can use a bio oil or vitiamin e oil to massage your skin
