Yes: You'd need to ask a doc who's examining you, to confirm this. Usually, the clips are deep in the breast tissue, and it's unlikely that anyone would be able to feel it.

Yes it could: I think you should see the doctor that did this procedure and ask that an xray be done to see if the clip is still there.
