In my right breast ive had a cyst for a few years, though thats not my problem but in that breast a hole developed as the skin fell off, and last year the same happened to my left breast but it hasnt been happening long enough for a complete hole?

Epidermal cysts?: If the "holes" you are describing are small and not inflamed (skin around them not red, painful or with pus as you expect to see with skin abscess/infection), then they may simply represent small skin surface cysts that are occasionally seen with acne (open pimples). You can attach pictures for my review or consult a dermatologist
