Tinnitus and dizzine: I recommend you get seen by your PCP. These symptoms to not have to necessarily do with your breast cancer, but none the less, good to have an exam.

Call your oncologist: It's probably not cancer recurrence, but the risk of that depends on your type of breast cancer and stage at diagnosis. Since you are young, you are at higher risk of recurrence than someone over 50. Let your oncologist know about your symptoms. If you had a triple negative or HER2 positive breast cancer, you may need a brain MRI if symptoms continue. Best of luck!
