Azole antifungals: Would be reluctant to take another imidazole antifungal if you have developed an allergic reaction to one. There are other alternatives for tinea infection. See an infectious diseases expert.

I would wait: Sporonox and Fluconazole are not the treatment of choice for tinea versicolor fungus reactions. Ketoconazole is much better as after taken by mouth, it gets to the skin the fastest. However, after an allergic reaction, you should try to use a topical treatment first. Selinium sulfide 2.5% shampoo or Nizoral (ketoconazole) 2% shampoo are much better and safer choices to treat your tv.
