800 mg of fluconazole is quite high usually maximum is 400 mg, except in cardiovascular candida where 800 has been used. . 200 mg is the usual for itraconazole/ voriconazole. Would discuss the reason for the dosing with your provider. https://www.drugs.com/dosage/fluconazole.html
