How long after drinking coffee can i take medicines for eg..fever, runny nose?

Depends: If you are taking somethings without a decongestant, there is no reaction with coffee. Decongestants on the other hand can make you shaky and raise your blood pressure and so does coffee. Having both is not such a good idea.
