Watch the baby: Your baby might be starting to get mild flu like symptoms or any other infection .Just watch this running nose and sneezing may go away in a day or so , if continues having symptoms and being cranky then get her checked up by the doctor .

Probably not.: If your baby has nasal symptoms without cough or fever, it's more likely to be a common cold rather than influenza. Saline nose drops and nasal suction (as often as needed) can help keep your baby more comfortable. If other symptoms develop or if there is no improvement after a few days, time to see the Dr.
