Watch the baby: Your baby might be starting to get mild flu like symptoms or any other infection .Just watch this running nose and sneezing may go away in a day or so , if continues having symptoms and being cranky then get her checked up by the doctor .

Saline nose drops and nasal suction (as often as needed) can help keep your baby more comfortable. If other symptoms develop or if there is no improvement after a few days, time to see the Dr.
