My 2 year old has a fever of 38.7 celcius, runny/blocked nose and cough. but he is eating, drinking and seems fine in himself and sleeping realitively well. should i be worried?

Treat symptoms: Acetaminophen for fever, body aches. saline nasal drops and suction for stuffy nose. Lots of fluids and rest. see a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, oxygen less than 93 and blue lips or lethargy.
