Fever, cough, tired: Once infected with Covid-19, symptoms can begin anywhere from day 3 to day 8. Look for fever, dry cough, extreme tiredness. Many people will have no symptoms. Treat symptoms: Acetaminophen for fever, body aches. saline nasal drops and suction for stuffy nose. Lots of fluids and rest. see a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, oxygen less than 93 and blue lips or lethargy.
