My one year old has a fever, runny nose, and a cough but she eats and play normally she just won't drink milk..what can this be?

Viral infection: Monitor her symptoms, they may resolve within a couple of days as they may be from a virus. Give her other fluids, water , rice milk or soy milk until she drinks the milk again, it may be too thick and bothers her throat.
