A kid that age can tolerate this amount of fever well & I generally let it run its course without meds. If she is grumpy or acts like she feels bad I use them. If she plays well, stays hydrated enough to pee every 6 hrs and otherwise doesn't spook you just monitor it at home. If she spooks you have her seen.
